Six members of Coalition for Revolution in Osun State were on Monday arrested by the security operatives while attempting to converge for a walk in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.
Those arrested were reportedly picked up by a combined team of soldiers and operatives from Osun Command of Department of State Services.
According to Osogbo-based human rights lawyer, Alfred Adegoke, those arrested were later moved t the Criminal Investigation Department of the Osun State Police Command in Osogbo where they were detained.
Adegoke, who said those arrested were later released after his intervention, also alleged that two of the men were brutalised by the security men.
