일본의 한 예술가 단체가 도쿄 올림픽 참가국 국기를 바탕으로 사무라이 캐릭터를 제작해 화제가 되고 있다.
22일(현지시간) BBC에 따르면 월드 플래그스 (World Flags) 프로젝트 측은 한국을 포함해 인도, 남아프리카 공화국, 영국, 스리랑카, 엘살바도르, 터키 등 도쿄 올림픽 참가국 국기를 사무라이 캐릭터로 재해석해 홈페이지에 공개했다.
대한민국을 표현한 캐릭터는 태극기의 4괘가 그려진 흰색 옷을 입은 사무라이가 태극문양이 박힌 북을 들고 있는 모습으로 표현됐다. 귀에는 붉은색 귀고리를 걸고 허리에는 긴 검을 차고 있다. 프로젝트 팀은 각각의 캐릭터마다 키와 혈액형, 생일, 취미, 특성 등 상세한 설명을 곁들이며 마치 온라인 게임 캐릭터처럼 묘사하�
