Officials stated that the issues have affected not only Laredo but the entire South Texas border. After hours with issues, the city updated on Monday night around 8 p.m. that Mexico SAT was back online and traffic had begun to process. However, traffic was expected to still see delays at both the World Trade and Colombia Solidarity bridges.
