Of the 162 passengers and crew onboard that plane, only nine bodies have been recovered. The search area is huge, extending some 5,200 square miles. And its easy to see how difficult the conditions are when you look at the weather radar for that region. Its the rainy season in indonesia and wind and rain are making it very difficult for rescuers and investigators to do their jobs. The forecast for the next 24 hours doesnt look much better.
