Kingston’s nine splash pads will be opening this week.
All but the Memorial Centre splash pad will be opened on Wednesday and will run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“It is recommended that users follow necessary public health guidelines while using the splash pads,” the city said in a release. “Maintain physical distancing, use hand sanitizer frequently and use elbows to activate splash pads (not hands).”
