Virginia state police say a car stopped on the highway causing the Chain Reaction crash. The three Metro Transit Police cruisers crashed into one another, all three officers went to the hospital. The driver of the stopped car also went to the hospital. No one was seriously hurt. The driver has been charged. Were still working to find out what caused this fire at a home in district heights.
