杭州日报讯 进入头伏以来，杭城天气持续晴热高温，正值暑假，游泳等水上活动成为大人孩子热衷的消暑活动之一。每年此时是溺水事故高发季，杭州市急救中心专家建议，每个人都该学一学正确的溺水急救法。
借助身边的物品施救溺水者
“根据中心调度数据分析，目前溺水事故的发生存在三种情况。”市急救中心医教培训科科长鲁美丽列举，一是市民夜晚大量饮酒后失足落水；二是低龄儿童在没有成年人监视的情况下，在农庄、池塘、泳池内戏水导致溺水；三是对游泳技术盲目自信的市民到湖泊、江河游泳，遇到抽筋等情况无法处理而溺水。
鲁美丽提到，进行水上活动，需要时刻提高警惕。家长应承担起教育和监管孩子的责任，子女要关心�
