A Hendersonville man with a lengthy criminal history was still on the run Tuesday after firing shots that struck a Hendersonville police officer during a chase on Monday.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) â A shooting in North Nashville Monday evening killed a 3-year-old girl and injured three others: a 2-year-old and two adults.
It happened around 6:40 p.m. Monday in a parking lot near the Cumberland View Apartments at 25th Avenue North and Dowlan Street. That location is about one block away from Metro Nashville Police Department s North Precinct.
