His stated goal was to deliver mail to every member of congress basically talking about the need for Campaign Finance reform. Again, weve not verified this is the same man. He has been very public about doing there. Knew exactly the risk that he would be taking in doing so and violating the air space. According to the newspaper, he said no sane person would do what i am doing. So the pilot right now in custody, the gyrocopter has been inspect. No explosive material found.
