Home Alone Safety: For ages 9 to 11. The program, taught by Greenfield Police Officer Laura Gordon, prepares children for situations that can happen when staying home alone. This free class will take place at the Greenfield Middle School field on April 27, at 6 p.m. Registration is required.
Parking Meter Painting: A free self-guided program for ages 16 and older. The meters will be available to paint over the course of three days. All supplies are provided. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 4 through May 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Youth Center. Registration is required.
“Rec the Night: Jedi Academy”: Children in grades five through seven will learn the ways of the force, master the skills of the light saber and even build their own droid to take home.
