District collector Rajesh Deshmukh has recently approved the use of 20 per cent of available oxygen for industrial purposes.
The move follows the decrease in the demand of oxygen for medical purposes after the COVID wave has started to come under control recently. It is now allowed for the industrial sector to use 20 per cent of the oxygen available.
