I have been meeting with constituents in the merchant retailers that hold tobacco licenses and we are continuing to discuss our input for the health Code Amendment that raises the legal purchase age for tobacco. That will be continuing on to what commission was it on february 2nd . The health commission. The full health commission. So i report providing info and feedback on that as it moves and the participation from the merchant community. Great. And addition to the formula retail subsidiary conversation that is also on the radar for a lot of small corner merchants that also are scared of the target and walgreens mini mart phenomenon that may play into that conversation but hasnt really been voiced yet.
