Joseph Gatt, 51, was seen arriving in court in Los Angeles on Monday with long-time girlfriend, Mercy Malick,18 months after he was arrested for contact with a minor for a sexual offense .
Gatt was arrested after the ICAC got a report that he had allegedly used the Internet to communicate sexually explicit messages with a minor in another state.
