Heggan brown was arrested last week, after Milwaukee Police investigated a complaint that he had allegedly sexually assaulted a man, one day after the Syville Smith shooting. Investigators discovered that e was sexually assaulted. And according to the criminal complaint heagganbrown also paid for sex with two other men.
