Marshall about putting cops in front of the young people and he has better ideas than i do, and i just want to say that our reaction and ideas and thoughts, are really a function of how much we care about this issue and the chief has made so much progress and so it is one of those things what i was saying before is that we have nine homicides instead of 45 and the first thing that comes out of my mouth is what can we do more .
