Japan's Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Miyazaki Masao said that Japan will strengthen its friendship and cooperation with Cambodia, especially in agriculture infrastructure and irrigation systems which will help to upgrade the livelihoods of the Cambodian people.
