Police interrogate school bus driver for allegedly raping four-year-old pupil

Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 36- year-old school bus driver, Humble Michael, for defiling a four-year-old pupil on the school bus.
The suspect was arrested on Saturday following a report by the mother of the victim who reported the matter at Ogijo divisional headquarters.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this in a statement on Friday.
Oyeyemi said the mother of the victim told the police that “while her husband was bathing her daughter, he discovered that blood was gushing out of her private parts, and when the girl was questioned, she disclosed to her parents that the driver of their school bus was the person who had sex with her on January 21 on their way from the school.
55-year-old man in police net for beating relative to death

Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 55-year-old man, Ishau Falana, for allegedly beating his relative, Badmus Rafiu, to death.
The suspect was reported to have tied the hands and legs of the deceased, beat him to a state of unconsciousness and abandoned him in a bush at Ayetoro, Yewa North Local Government Area of the state.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this on Tuesday in a statement.
Oyeyemi said the suspect was arrested following a complaint lodged at the Ayetoro Divisional Headquarters by the deceased’s younger brother.
Man, 45, rapes 13-year-old daughter in Ogun

Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 45-year-old man, Akanji Oluwaseyi, for allegedly having carnal knowledge of his 13-year-old daughter.
Oluwaseyi was reportedly arrested following a complaint by the victim, who reported at the Obantoko police divisional headquarters on December 30, 2020.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the incident in a statement on Tuesday.
Oyeyemi said the teenager reported that her father went to a tailor’s shop where she was an apprentice and begged that she should be given permission to fetch water for him at home.
