PC Leader Ches Crosbie raised a procovative issue earlier this week: using Newfoundland and Labrador s weakened financial situation as a potential strength in getting a new deal from the federal government. Political scientist Kelly Blidook says Crosbie is dishing the same kind of garbage that leaders keep doing in this province.
