The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast thunderstorms to hit southeast Queensland this afternoon, continuing the region s wet weekend with more severe conditions. Coastal parts of Brisbane to the Gold Coast and Wide Bay & Burnett areas are mostly likely to receive the severe storms this evening, with a possible storm predicted for the Darling Downs and Granite Belt region.
