A TRANSPORT boss has written a sarcastic reply to a parking fine company - demanding they pay HIM £100 for wasting his time. Pete White, Transport Manager at Whites Transport Services, sent a letter back to Parking Eye after they slapped his firm with penalties. His reply claimed they had wasted his time and should pay him a £100 fine - reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. Pete, 41, disputed Parking Eye s claim that his lorries were resting at Membury West MSA for around 16 hours.
