Pam Gosal
JALANDHAR: Pam Gosal is first Indian Sikh to become Member of Scottish Parliament. She is one of the first two women of colour in the house, the other being Kaukab Stewart, a Muslim of Pakistani descent.
Gosal is from the Scottish Conservative Party. She tweeted after winning from West Scotland: It is a privilege to be the first female MSP from an Indian background. Thank you everyone who’s supported me. Can’t wait to get to work for the people of the West of Scotland.
