Melody Nowoiejski (
shown below) said running for City Council is something she has thought about for a long time and the time seems right.
“I’ve lived in Brownwood probably 20 years, or pretty close to 20 years now. I’ve thought about it for a long time but I was always in somebody else’s zone or it wasn’t the right time or a good time for me but my kids are older now. It just seemed like good timing and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do, to see the city flourish and participate in that in some way,” Nowoiejski said.
