Richard Tandy, the keyboardist for Electric Light Orchestra, has died. He was 76. The band’s hit, ‘Mr. Blue Sky’ has been used on countless soundtracks and was covered by the Muppets.
Tandy was responsible for helping to shape the unique futuristic sound of the British rock band, best known for hits such as Mr Blue Sky and Last Train To London.
