Four City of Pittsburgh-operated farmers’ markets will open for the season beginning the week of May 10. All markets will sell farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheese and baked goods, while several locations will also sell flowers, small gifts and gardening items. All markets will accept food stamps (SNAP), credit and debit cards as part of Just Harvest’s Fresh Access program.
The markets are run by the city’s Office of Special Events:
