Christapher Branden Enriquez, 30, Rodnie Roberts Duchaine Jr., 30, and Melissa Kay Veach-Decoteau, 31, are all charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, Class B felony possession with intent to deliver heroin, and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia intended for manufacture or delivery. Enriquez and Duchaine are charged with Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, a second offense, and Veach-Decoteau is charged with Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, a first offense.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the Ward County Narcotics Task Force obtained a search warrant on Thursday for the trailer occupied by the trio.
