What has it been like owning a gift shop during a pandemic?
It has been a hard road since March, but we have been lovingly supported by our loyal customers and community.
How have things changed, or how have you pivoted service during COVID?
5. We have relied heavily on social media to connect with our customers and showcase all of our beautiful products. Putting together many gift boxes and corporate gift packages. The silver lining has been developing much more meaningful one on one conversations with our customers through this platform. We are so grateful for all of the support and kindness.
