FAIRFIELD Solano County supervisors on Tuesday appointed Michelle Heppner as the interim director of Veteran Services.
The announcement followed a closed session.
Heppner, the legislative, inter-governmental and public affairs officer in the County Administrator’s Office, will hold the post
