CAMPBELL COUNTY, Ky. (FOX19/Enquirer) - St. Elizabeth Healthcare officials are scrambling to explain what they reportedly described to the Enquirer as a mistake in data showing its Fort Thomas hospital is overcapacity with COVID-19 patients.
