Myra this monring authorities want to know if ice is responsible for a crash that killed a pedestrian saturday afternoon. The incident happened along highway 14 near stoneb way in greenville. The coroner says 44 yearold Andrew Van Evera was jogging when the incident happened. Investigators are trying to determine if the car that hit van evera lost control bece of the weather conditions. Hundreds are still in the dark this morning. Heres a quick look at the latest power outages. Outages are in Greenville County, with more than 900 people. By the time the Severe Weather reached massachusetts, the powerful wind was taking down trees and power lines. Some smashed into homes. Others blocked roads. It was a violent storm, i knew that. I looked out my side window and i saw my maple tree, which is huge, going in all different directions. At that point my wife and i went down in the cellar because we didnt know what was going to happen. There was also extensive damage in new jersey and flooding in new york.
