Amanda Pardi recently pulled an all-nighter, but it wasn’t for any of the classes in her senior year at St. Thomas University. Instead, the 2017 Lourdes High School grad was in the middle of releasing a variety pack of coffee for the business she helps run, Vitality Roasting.
Releasing that variety pack didn’t go as smoothly as she would have liked. Nonetheless, it turned out to be a huge success.
“Everything that could have gone wrong in that process went wrong,” Pardi said. “We pulled an all-nighter to get everything fixed and ready to go. The next day, we were so delusionally tired. We ended up falling asleep on our couch at work for like an hour and woke up to all this support. My phone was blowing up.”
