新型コロナウイルス下で、経済的な理由から生理用品が購入できない「生理の貧困」が表面化したことから、同店とかごしま女性政策研究会が企画した。
「ナプキンが必要な若いあなたへ」と記されたカードは３、５階の女性用トイレ内に設置。店内の所定の場所でカードを提出すれば、何も聞かずに生理用品を渡す。性や身近な人からの暴力といった相談に応じる窓口の情報、男女共同参画についてのパンフレットを同封する。
学校の夏休み期間は保健室など身近な相談場所がないため、若い女性は孤立しがちだという。同会の髙﨑恵さん（４６）は「一人で悩まずに相談できる場所があることを、知ってもらうきっかけにしたい」と話している。
