Hurricane jose just dropped to Tropical Storm jose and that 11 00 oclock update from the National Hurricane center so its breaking winds now at 70 miles an hour but still eroding beaches, flooding streets, churning up the ocean udelaware coasts. Reporter on beach thats usually packed with summer sun bathers tonight is underwater. As heavy waves continue to pound the shore line.
