DENVER – Barry Morphew sued investigators, prosecutors and other government officials Tuesday for allegedly violating his constitutional rights in their court case that accused him of murdering his missing wife.
Barry Morphew was suspected in the 2020 disappearance and presumed murder of his wife Suzanne Morphew and was charged with her murder in Salida, Colorado.
Judge Lama issued sanctions against Barry Morphew trial prosecution team excluding 12 of their 14 experts on the case. Now the team asks to get a few reinstated.
