It s important to remember that this is a timed research quest, so it will only be available during the Charge Up! event itself. It will vanish forever once the event ends, taking its rewards with it, so, if you re after a specific reward, make sure you earn it before the event ends.

Pokémon Go: All Charge Up event rewards and tasks – Field Research and Timed Pokémon
The good news for Pokémon Go fans is that Therian Forme Thundurus has debuted in Raids, providing a new opponent for trainers to battle and catch. In addition to its debut in raids, the Pokémon Go Charge Up event has also begun. Here you’ll find all the Charge Up Field Research and Timed tasks and rewards so you can complete and attain everything on offer.
While Therian Forme Thundurus is in Raids right now, know that it will be replaced by the debuting Therian Tornadus on March 30th. As for what else you can look forward to during the current month, there will be a Weather Week starting on the 24th, and there will also be a Special Raid weekend on the 27th.
