  Kulgam: The District Administration Kulgam today held Mega Block Diwas functions at 3 blocks of the district to take appraisal of public issues, grievances and demands. The functions were held at Devsar, Kulgam and D. H. Pora blocks of the district where officers and officials from line departments listened to issues, grievances and demands of the people for timely redressal at all the three venues. Meanwhile to take first hand appraisal of public grievances and demands, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat remained available at grievance redressal camp which was held here at Mini-secretariat where he listened to the grievances and issues of people for prompt redressal.
