Minister of National Security participates in 22nd CARICOM meeting of the council for National Security and Law Enforcement (CONSLE)
22 January, 2021, Port of Spain: Minister of National Security, the Honourable Stuart R. Young M.P., participated in the 22nd Meeting of the Council for National Security and Law Enforcement (CONSLE), held via video conference on Friday 22nd January, 2021.
Also representing Trinidad and Tobago at the meeting were Permanent Secretary, Ministry of National Security, Mr. Gary Joseph and Deputy Director of the International Affairs Unit, Major (Ret’d) Richard Lynch.
The meeting was chaired by the Honourable Robeson Benn, Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Guyana and Chair of CONSLE, and was attended by Ministers with responsibility for National Security across CARICOM Member States. Also present at the meeting was the Secretary General of the CARICOM Secretariat, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque.
