Here is tonight s Utica Common Council agenda:
5 p.m.: Public Safety Select Committee of the Whole: the committee will meet regarding the city code governing towing and wreckers, legislation to require video surveillance for multiple dwelling apartments and the correlated discussion of blue light districts/preventing crime in the City of Utica.
6 p.m.: Pre-Meeting Conference/Committee of the Whole
Legislation to be reviewed in conference:
Resolutions for consideration to fill the vacancy on the Board of Assessment.
Ordinance to approve an E & A transfer of funds within the police administration accounts for munitions.

Resolution calling on state and federal officials to join the City of Utica Common Council in requesting that POTUS Joseph R. Biden, Jr. posthumously award the Medal of Honor to Private Warren H. Shorey for his gallantry on Feb. 19, 1945.
