Sheriff Lowell Griffin introduced Hunter this week, a 21-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer.
The dog was purchased by Hunter Automotive Group, who provided the funding and necessary training for materials for Hunter’s certification.
Hunter will be a single-purpose explosives detection canine who was selected because of his incredible drive, temperament, and friendly social skills, according to the sheriff’s office.
