Since fall 2019, Oregon community colleges have seen a 23% decrease in enrollment, with every community college seeing a drop. Public universities have seen an average decrease of 3.8%, according to HECC data. The number of admitted undergraduates declined by 2.8%, but graduate students rose by 2.9%.
