The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday arrested a Nigerian national in possession of banned drugs including cocaine who is suspected to be supplying to celebrities.
According to the NCB, a team of NCB seized 10.2 grams of cocaine and one blot of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) from Nwagwu Princewill Chika. Acting on a tip-off, the NCB arrested Chika.
âDuring a frisking, seven small packets of cocaine, which were concealed in two separate packets, recovered from him. He was also carrying another packet containing LSD,â said an officer privy to the investigation.

NCB Drug Probe: The Agency Nabs Bollywood Hair Stylist Suraj Godambe For Being In Possession Of Cocaine

The Narcotics Control Bureau on Thursday arrested Bollywood makeup artist and hair stylist Suraj Godambe and one other person after seizing small quantity of cocaine from their possession, an official said.
The Mumbai zonal unit of the NCB, which is investigating the alleged Bollywood-drugs nexus, conducted a raid at Meera Tower in Oshiwara area of suburban Andheri on Wednesday.
Godambe and an auto-rickshaw driver, identified Lalchandra Yadav, were subsequently arrested on Thursday, the NCB official said.
The NCB team seized 16 drug packets weighing 17.6 gm from their possession, he said, adding that the packets contained 11 gm cocaine.
Police have identified the supplier as Lalchandra Yadav, the auto driver, who, an official said, used to supply cocaine on behalf of a Nigerian Syndicate. Both the accused were produced before the court, which sent them to police custody till December 16.
