shake it off. stop complaining. stop grumbling. stop crying. we re going to press on. we ve got work to do. i m joined on the phone by new york congressman gregory meeks. representative meeks thanks for joining us. caller: good being with you. i want to talk about the president s speech and the mood going into that versus the mood afterwards. tell me approximate that. caller: i think the president was very good last night. hearing what the president had to say. they wanted o know that the president is feeling the pain that the rest of america is feeling, especially black america. that he s ready to move and clearly showed that the people that are blocking this jobs agenda is the republicans who don t want to agree to anything. and so he s saying that we have work to do and we ve got to show who the obstructionist is in government and let s keep let s start marching and work together. let s work to pass this jobs bill and get this thing done. we only have 14 months do it?
