UPDATE: Fire crews have stopped the forward spread at approximately 2.5 acres and mitigated the threat to structures. SR89 was closed for a short time between D.L. Bliss State Park and 3 Ring Road to assist with the first responder s access to the fire. It has reopened but use caution if traveling in the area. The fire was fueled by gusty winds.
