Sheriff Brian Cruze advised residents Wednesday to be wary of a phone scam involving an attempt to swindle money from targets by impersonating Sheriff's Office staff.
The Meeker County Sheriff's office said charges of first-degree arson and third-degree burglary were filed against 46-year-old Barry Alan Klingelhoets.
Emilio Salinas, 41, was convicted Jan. 11, 2024, in Meeker County District Court after pleading to one count of felony driving while impaired. He was sentenced to 46 months of prison.
The Meeker County Sheriff's Office is currently seeking information regarding Logan Sitz, 33, of Litchfield. Sitz was reported missing to the sheriff's office Thursday Feb. 15. Anyone with information is asked to call the Meeker County Sheriff's Office at 320-693-5400.
A 39-year-old man was arrested Friday, Feb. 9, 2024, pending charges of possession of controlled substances and fleeing police. He was the subject of a search warrant executed by the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force.
