Moran has also been ordered to pay a monetary judgment of $12,200 in addition to more than $22 million in restitution and a $20,000 fine.A news release from the U.S. Attorney s Office of the Southern District of Mississippi said Moran, as co-owner of Medworx Compounding and Custom Care Pharmacy, participated in a scheme between 2014 and 2016 to defraud Tricare and other health care programs, including those that provided coverage to employees of the city of Jackson.
