MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio A Medina County man is safe now, after falling into an icy pond Thursday.
Just before 11 a.m., dispatchers received a call from a Good Samaritan reporting that a man was yelling for help at River Styx Park in Medina County.

Although initially unable to see where the screams were coming from, the Good Samaritan ran toward the pond and discovered that the man had fallen through the ice, roughly 75 feet from the shore.
