HINCKLEY, Ohio The little boy who was found abandoned in a cemetery on December 23rd has been reunited with his father according to Hinckley Police.
In a post on the department s Facebook page, they said the father was in no way involved with this incident and has been extremely cooperative with HPD and Children Services.
The Hinckley Police Department also said, the investigation is still open and ongoing. The mother is the focus of our investigation and is currently in the care of a local medical facility.

It was a nightmare before Christmas in Hinckley, Ohio. The WJW/Nexstar Media Wire reports via NBC4 that local police have been investigating an incident in which a three-year-old boy and his dog were abandoned in a snowy cemetery only two days before the holiday.
FOX8 reports how a woman driving through Hope Memorial Gardens on the afternoon of Dec. 23 witnessed a blue, mid-sized car driving out of the area. The car was being trailed by a little boy running after it, his dog in tow. The car did not stop, but turned west onto State Route 3030.

On Thursday morning, Hinckley Police Chief David Centner announced on Facebook that the child, believed to be roughly 3 1/2 years old, was doing well in the loving home of a Medina County foster family. Centner added that the father of Tony had been very cooperative with investigators.
Centner invited anyone in the community who wanted to buy a present to Tony to leave the gifts at the Hinckley Police Department. The response was overwhelming.

HINCKLEY, Ohio (WOIO) - The father of a little boy who was abandoned at the Hope Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hinckley around midday on Wednesday has contacted police, according to the Hinckley chief of police.
The boy was found when a woman visiting the cemetery told police that she saw a blue car blocking the drive in the northeast corner of the cemetery, according to a Hinckley police press release.
