本报讯（记者 赵晓华 实习生 王晓雨）为解决全省参保人员门诊慢（特）病评审认定周期长、频次少、享受待遇不及时的问题，从本月起，河北省医疗保障局将在全省范围内全面实施门诊慢（特）病网上随时申报、医疗机构及时认定、医保待遇即时享受的新模式。将职工、居民门诊慢（特）病认定工作下沉到医疗机构。
新的认定模式惠及全省参保人7226万，认定系统正式运行后，患有门诊慢（特）病的参保城镇职工、城乡居民均可应用认定系统进行申报；承办机构涵盖四级医疗机构，全省各统筹区按照技术水平较高、服务半径适宜、交通便利、布局合理、方便就医的原则，选定承办门诊慢（特）病资料受理和资格认定医疗机构，同时将符合条件的部分乡镇卫生院纳入认定机构范围，解决年老或行动不便、运用智能技术困难、居住偏远等人员跑
