近期中央流行疫情指揮中心發函給地方衛生局指出，針對基層醫護混打可提供剩餘疫苗或殘劑使用，卻意外引發不滿聲音，指揮官陳時中今日表示，公文是指醫療院所手上疫苗有剩餘量或殘劑，都可提供給第一類醫事人員及醫療機構勞健保人員使用，但不限於只能用這個打。陳時中指出，外界對於公文可能有誤解，從好心肝引發爭議的疫苗接種事件發生後，各醫療院所對於疫苗使用更為謹慎，現在是希望醫護人員快打疫苗，分別有打第1劑、第2劑，以及另一種就是混打等相關情況。
