After facing a backlash on social media platforms, and the health minister s letter, Yoga guru Ramdev on Sunday withdrew his recent statements on allopathic medicine.
Ramdev s statement on allopathic medicine which had triggered strong protests from the
medical fraternity.
In a video circulated on social media, Ramdev was heard saying
allopathy is a stupid science and medicines such as remdesivir, fabiflu, and other drugs approved by the Drugs Controller General of India have failed to treat Covid-19 patients.
