張逸敏表示，近期台股受到國際局勢拖累，表現相對疲軟，尤其在當沖交易催化，還有部分市場資金集中在特定族群的情況下，台股盤面輪動加速明顯，更容易呈現高檔震盪的格局。然觀察全球局勢，儘管歐美染疫人數仍持續上揚，但就業、核心消費等數據表現相當強勁，預料復甦格局不變。
張逸敏指出，在類股輪動快速的環境中，投資人更應做好分散投資與平衡風險。ETF納入一籃子股票，波動幅度小於投資單一個股，因此對於想投資高價股的小資族而言，是相對穩健的選擇。
